Tata Motors has recently launched the Tata Harrier facelift in the Indian market, with an introductory price starting at Rs 15.49 lakh for the base Smart (O) MT variant (ex-showroom, India). The facelifted Harrier comes with a variety of updates, both in terms of design and features.

It’s important to note that automatic transmission options are available as well, but the prices for those are yet to be disclosed.
Key Design Updates:
– The most significant design change is in the front, featuring a new grille and a split headlight design, along with a full-width LED light bar above the grille.
– The front bumper is divided into two sections by a gloss black band.
– In profile, there are new designs for the 18- and 19-inch alloy wheels, with the latter exclusive to the Dark edition variants.
– At the back, there’s a revised bumper, and the tail-lamp housing has new LED lighting elements, giving it a slimmer appearance.
Interior and Features:
– The interior has undergone significant changes, including the removal of faux wood trim. Instead, it features a mix of materials, textured top panel, gloss black surfaces, and leatherette padding with contrast stitching, all illuminated by a slim strip of LED ambient light.
– Two infotainment touchscreen options are available – 10.25-inch and 12.3-inch, depending on the trim.
– It offers a touch-based panel for HVAC controls in the center console.
– Other features include a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a new four-spoke steering wheel with a backlit Tata Motors logo, a new drive selector for automatic variants, dual-zone climate control, 10-speaker JBL-tuned sound system, panoramic sunroof, and more.
– Safety features include up to 7 airbags, hill-hold control, ADAS, and three-point seat belts with reminders for all passengers.
Powertrain and Variants:
– Under the hood, the Harrier facelift retains its 170hp, 2.0-litre diesel engine, paired with a 6-speed manual or automatic gearbox.
– The automatic gearbox is available from the Adventure+ variant onwards.
– It offers three terrain response modes and three driving modes (Eco, City, and Sports).
Color Options:
– The Harrier facelift is available in six colors: Seaweed Green, Ash Grey, Lunar White, Pebble Grey, Sunlit Yellow, and Coral Red.
– The Oberon Black color option is exclusive to the Dark edition variants.
