Abhishek Chaudhary, a new owner of the Tata Safari 2023, faced troubling issues with his car, stirring significant worries about safety. In just 10 days after getting his car, he encountered several problems that made driving difficult.
His list of problems included windows acting up, the speedometer behaving strangely, side mirrors not working at times, and troubles with the car’s safety system called ADAS. This safety system not only failed but caused sudden and unnecessary brakes, leading to a minor collision with a bike. Thankfully, his car didn’t get damaged, but Chaudhary feared for his family’s safety and didn’t want them to travel in the car alone.
More problems kept piling up. Lights inside and outside the car didn’t sync well, there were issues with the lights on the left side, and the co-pilot side gate didn’t close properly without extra force.
But things got worse when Chaudhary took his car to the service center. They were supposed to fix the gate problem, but instead, the airbags unexpectedly opened due to mishandling by untrained staff. Now his car is stuck at the workshop, and there’s no clear timeline to fix it.
Classic Tata Problem, hope they will take care of it. #tata #tatamotors https://t.co/amTswRMEhr

Chaudhary’s troubles didn’t start after buying the car – they began even before that. He wanted a specific color of Safari but was told it wasn’t available after he paid. He had to settle for a different color, but problems started showing up soon after he got the car.
His visit to the service center made things worse. Instead of fixing the issues, it ended up damaging the car more. Chaudhary is very disappointed with Tata Motors. He feels they didn’t keep their promises and didn’t take his safety concerns seriously.
Now, Chaudhary’s story is spreading on social media, raising questions about Tata Motors’ quality checks and how important it is for car companies to make sure customers are safe and happy.
